17 May Women in Ireland: Dr. Thérèse Cullen
Hello, dear readers! Since Dr. Donnelly and I both spent several years on the island of Ireland doing our PhD research and living our lives, we are particularly connected to that tiny piece of rock in the Atlantic. As part of our month-long celebration of Women’s History Month (as well as Irish-American Heritage Month and St. Patrick’s Day, March is jam-packed!!) we’re featuring interviews with three fabulous women conducting fascinating research on the island!
Up first is Dr. Thérèse Cullen of Irish Monastic Tours. Dr. Cullen is an expert on St. Patrick, so we’re really excited about launching her video a few days before everyone goes crazy dancing jigs and drinking green beer (don’t get us started on our issues with St. Patrick’s Day)! Enjoy our chat with Dr. Cullen and we’ll be back next week with another superb lady researcher!
