The Good Doctors thoroughly enjoyed learning more about the enigmatic Shirley Chisholm. The documentary raised a lot of questions about her historic presidential campaign. It also dealt with the gender dynamics of both the women’s movement and civil rights movement. Shirley fought so hard to be in the room, and her fight paved the way for so many women.
